Elizabeth Laime is an actor, sketch comedian, and comedy writer living in New York City. She began her
career in Los Angeles doing stand up at the Laugh Factory and the Comedy Store, where veteran comics quickly
promoted her from being "funny for a girl," to being just plain "funny." She then began training at the
Groundlings and grew her chops in improv. We are talking hard core Elvis-style mutton chops which
which she subsequently shaved off due to a rash.
Since, she has performed
at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre
in New York, was a member of the original New York cast of the National Comedy Theatre, and is a member of the UCB Maude team
, "Gunderson!." She has also appeared in commercials, on Saturday Night Live, and in numerous independent and extraordinarily
low budget films such as the forgotten classic, "Hanging with Leo," which can be purchased on Ebay for about 2$.
Some career highs include pitching a pilot that she co-wrote to Comedy Central, doing voiceover work for Coca Cola,
and performing a run of her one woman show, "Dear Diary," at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC and LA.
A recent career low was sneaking into a trailer on the set of "Law and Order," and performing fellatio.... only to find out
that he was just an intern.
Some reviews:
"She's a cock tease"
- Intern on the set of "Law and Order."
